Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have within 14
days after receiving item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unused and in its original
packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used lash trays,
Opened glue/remover/bonder, used tweezers for sanitary reasons.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your
specific item.
No refund on ebooks and beginner kits.
Lost or Damaged Orders
The Mink Clubb is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged
packages. Once you have received your shipping confirmation,
USPS will have the most current information regarding your
package. When checking out, it's recommended that you select the
shipping that includes insurance (priority mail) for additional
securitv.
Packages that show as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking
will not be re-shipped. Please make sure that all information is
correct! We are not responsible for contacting the post office regarding
the status of a delayed/lost package. Please contact your local
post office or file a claim with USPS for further information
regarding your package.
Shipping & Processing Time
The Mink Clubb ships within 3 business days of receiving your
order. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed
Friday evening through Sunday will be processed the following
business day. Holidays are excluded.. With ebooks once purchased make sure you provide the correct email to receive the link.
Theminkclubb is not responsible for missing packages.
Once the package is brought to the shipping company they are responsible for any missing packages.
